We believe every rug in our showroom should have a fair price, and prices should be displayed prominently on every single rug. We do not believe in high pressure sales tactics, haggling, or a sales staff that works on commission.
Rugs need professional hand cleaning to protect and maintain their appearance. Handwashing, wringing, and gas drying are all important steps often overlooked by less experienced rug cleaners.
Because we know how difficult buying just the right rug can be, we are happy to extend a 'try before you buy' option to all of our customers. A credit card imprint is required.
Professional repair, reweaving and restoration services are available. Fringe can be repaired or replaced; rug sides can be rewrapped; rug sizes can be reduced; and, moth damage, holes, tears, rips and slits can be patched or rewoven.
