About ClickBricks
For Businesses
ClickBricks seeks to be a better online business directory. Unlike traditional online business directories, it allows you as a business owner to tell your story and share your passion with the world. All of this is done in an environment filled with tools to help your small business including the ClickBricks One-Click Shopping Cart, Colleagues, Hot Offers, and Events.
For Consumers
ClickBricks seeks to be a better online business directory. Unlike traditional business directories, it allows you as a consumer to discover what each business's story and passion is. All of this is done in an environment filled with tools to make your purchasing decisions much easier and more enjoyable - including the ClickBricks One-Click Shopping Cart, Colleagues, Hot Offers, and Events features.
Information collection and use
ClickBricks collects user submitted information such as name, business name, business contact information, and email address to authenticate users and to send notifications to those users relating to the ClickBricks service. ClickBricks also collects other business profile data including but not limited to: interview with owner, company overview, pictures of store and owner, category of business, coupons and events in order to assist users in finding and communicating with other businesses as well as marketing and promoting their company to consumers.
In addition to registration we may ask you for information at other times. This includes when you report a problem with the service or with your account. ClickBricks occasionally asks registered users to complete surveys that we use for research purposes.
ClickBricks uses the information provided by our subscribers to help promote and market their businesses.
ClickBricks Profile information including businesses pictures and company names are displayed to people in order to facilitate the finding and marketing of businesses listed in ClickBricks. Email addresses are used for the purposes of inviting new businesses to join ClickBricks, to add businesses Colleagues, and to send notifications related to the service. To facilitate searching and finding businesses on the service, ClickBricks allows users to search for other businesses using owner’s first and last name, email address, business name or location, or other information related to the business.
Use of Cookies
In order to provide a personalized service, ClickBricks uses cookies to store some information about your account. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web server that is stored on your computer's hard drive. ClickBricks uses both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. These cookies are not tied to your personally identifiable information.

Credit Card Information
All credit card information is securely collected at Authorize.net a leader in secure online transactions. We do not store any credit card information in our database.
Links
ClickBricks contains links to sites. ClickBricks is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on other sites. When linking to another site a user should read the privacy policy stated on that site. Our privacy policy only governs information collected on ClickBricks.
Updating or Removing Information.
ClickBricks businesses can edit, update or remove their information at any time by logging into their account and changing the information in their business Profile.
Hot Offers, Events and Business Profiles
Please be aware that whenever you voluntarily post public information to your Business Profile or ClickBricks’ blog that the information can be accessed by the public and can in turn be used by those people to send you unsolicited communications.
Security
Your ClickBricks account information and ClickBricks customer profile are password-protected so that you, and only you, have access to this personal information. You may edit your account information by logging into our web interface using your ClickBricks username and password.
Please note that no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or while using the service, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of member information at any time.
